Job Summary:

We are currently sourcing for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and client engagement

. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.

· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations

· Utilize various recruitment methods to attract top talent

· Maintain and update candidate databases

· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution

· Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist, preferably in a Consulting Firm

· Proven track record in filling roles promptly

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

. Male preferably for gender balance
