Job Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare job description based on hiring request and sourcing

Recruit technical suitable candidates for job openings at the firm

Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates

Follow up on the interview process status

Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers

Knowledge about on-boarding and induction

Knowledge of HR daily report.

Qualifications and Skills

B.Sc Degree

2 - 3 years of working experience as a Recruitment Officer

Competence in the use of Microsoft Office

Candidate must be able to resume immediately.
