Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operations.
Lead a team to deliver superior customers services & ensuring optimum customers satisfaction.
Plan and develop customers loyalty programs to ensure retainership.
Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy.
Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints.
Organize and supervise shifts.
Training and evaluation of staff performance and appraisal scheme.
Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory records.
Control costs and minimize waste
Nurture a positive and efficient working environment
Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity, sales and profitability

Requirements and Qualifications:

B.Sc. or HND holder in any field
Experience as a customer service personnel are compulsory
Experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role is an advantage.
Extensive food processing and management knowledge
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Good financial management skills
