Identify and access customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
Receive and verify items delivered by carriers/vendors

Requirements/qualification

Requirements

HND, B.Sc in any relevant field
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Age Range: 24-27 years
