Job Summary

As a Fashion Associate at our fashion brand based in Lagos, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
You will work closely with various teams within the organization to uphold our commitment to delivering superior products to our customers.

Responsibilities

Quality Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process production and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality assessments, including inspection reports, test results, and any deviations from standards. Keep accurate records of quality control procedures and outcomes.
Problem Identification: Identify and address any quality issues or discrepancies promptly and effectively. Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve quality-related concerns and implement corrective actions as needed.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve quality control processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and implement relevant solutions.
Communication: Communicate quality expectations and requirements clearly to internal team, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Foster a culture of quality consciousness and accountability throughout the organization.
Design support: Createvisual communications and designs to convey messages, express ideas, and capture attention.

Requirements

Flare for Fashion: Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail. Demonstrated interest in trends, styles, and quality craftsmanship within the fashion industry.
Graphic Design Skills: Familiarity with industry-standard design tools like Adobe Creative Suite andunderstand how to apply fundamental design principles like contrast, hierarchy, and white space effectively.
Basic Computer Skills and Strong Phone Skills: Comfortable using basic computer applications such as word processing and spreadsheet.
Solid Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Organized: Strong organizational Skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy are essential.
Gender and Location: A female who resides at Ikoyi and it's environmentsis prefered for gender balance.
