Real Estate Unit Manager HND / BA / BSc Job

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Description

Responsible in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department or assigned unit including hiring and training employees

Creating and implementing policies and procedures that will build up the team and ensure optimum utilization of resources

Ensuring that all company policies, rules, and regulations are being observed and recommending changes when necessary

Providing leadership, coaching, counseling, and motivation to team members in order to assist them in meeting their sales objectives

Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and translate business strategies to the team

To conduct regular sales meetings, translate business strategies and ensure monthly target for the team is met.

Required Skills and Qualifications

BA / B.Sc / HND in Marketing or any related discipline

3 - 5 years experience in real estate / marketing

Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

Possess strong negotiating and transactional skills

Problem-solving and decision.

Salary

N40,000 - N60,000 monthly.
