Job Description

Recruit, train, retain and manage at least 4 competent Unit Managers.

Recruit, train, retain and manage at least 20 sales executives.

Drive sales initiatives, activities, strategies and sales plans required to build brand visibility to ensure the Agency achieves its set target.

Ensure monthly targets for the team is met and exceeded.

Make sales.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years sales experience in Real Estate or Insurance sector.

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in either of the above mentioned sectors.
