Job Description:

NimbleByte Global is looking for experienced Real Estate Sales Agents to join our team. The ideal candidates should have a robust background in sales, real estate, and marketing.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in real estate sales and marketing
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing purposes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Responsibilities:

Scout for direct properties to list on our platform
Promote and sell properties, including land, rentals, and shortlets
Utilize social media to market, source, and research properties
Onboard agents and developers
Build and maintain client relationships
Market properties through the NimbleCasa platform and other channels
Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales contracts
Stay current with real estate market trends
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
