Quantity Surveyor HND / BA / BSc Job

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at The Startup Place Ltd.
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks related to cost control, including BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.

Qualifications

Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
BOQ (Bill of Quantities) knowledge
Cost Reporting skills
Experience in the construction industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Relevant certifications/licenses (e.g., RICS, ACIQS) are a plus
