We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring that objectives are met within scope, time, and budget. Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and report on key performance indicators.
Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
Support in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in project management or a related role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.
