Project Officer- The CVM Career Company HND / BA / BSc Job

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.

Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure project objectives are met within designated timelines and budget.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive measures to mitigate challenges.

Conduct regular site visits to assess construction activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.

Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the availability of resources and materials for seamless project execution.

Prepare project documentation, including reports, schedules, and progress updates.

Support in maintaining accurate project records, including financial records and documentation of project changes and variations.

Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and contractors to facilitate smooth project coordination and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in building construction.

Candidates should reside in Lekki environs

Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety protocols.

Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects concurrently.

Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain accurate project records and documentation.

Proficient in the use of project management software and tools.

Proactive problem-solving skills to identify and address project-related challenges.

Remuneration

N100,000 Monthly.
