Job Description

As Program Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all training programs, managing recruitment projects and other project/client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Training Programs Oversight:

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational objectives.

Ensure the quality and effectiveness of training content, delivery, and participant engagement.

Monitor and evaluate the success of training programs through key performance indicators (KPIs).

Recruitment Project Management:

Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with the team to meet hiring goals and maintain a high conversion rate.

Implement best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Client Service Management:

Build, lead and supervise a team that will be responsible for managing SME clients.

Ensure excellent client service delivery, addressing client needs and concerns.

Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, implementing improvements as needed.

Qualifications

First Degree in Business management and other related fields

A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

Experience working in a fast-paced growing organisation

Experience working with an HR Consulting firm
