Production Supervisor - Converting Relevant Educational Qualifications Job

Responsibilities

Responsible for production output from slitting and rewinding machine in the converting unit.

Supervise machine operators, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

Coordinate production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols

Collaborate with the production head to optimize workflows and enhance overall efficiency.

Train and mentor machine operators, ensuring continuous skill development.

Maintain accurate records of production data, and other relevant information.

Communicate effectively with management to provide updates on production status, challenges, and improvements.

Candidate Specification

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within converting unit of films processing companies/tape manufacturing companies.

Proven experience in a supervisory role, demonstrating leadership and team management skills.

Experience in handling production challenges and guiding operators, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.

Candidate should be graduated and trained.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment.

Salary

N250,000.00 - N275,000.00 net/month + Incentives (Negotiable).
