Responsibilities

Ensure that print products are of the highest quality, which includes the color, shape, and sharpness of the final product.

Managing deadlines and giving final approval of print jobs before they see production and giving final approval of print jobs before they see production.

Oversee printing schedules and make sure publications are printed and distributed on time.

Maintain low costs while ensuring the quality of the publication.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in a related field.

5 years of experience in a similar field.

Proficiency in operating and monitoring (Printing, Slitting, Gluing, Cutting, Extruder, Blow, Injection, and Lamination machines) is essential for this role.

Strong leadership skills are required to effectively lead and oversee the team, ensuring proper control and monitoring of all workers in their respective roles

Effective communication, strong decision-making skills, and adept problem-solving abilities, especially in handling any issues or challenges

Ready to work day and night shifts, as the job may require flexibility in working hours based on organizational needs.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Remuneration

N150,000 Monthly (Negotiable).
