Production / HSE Lead First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) Job

Locations: Abia, Akwa Ibom, Delta, and Imo

Essential Job Function

Oversee the safe operation of production equipment.

Establish work schedules and procedures.

Co-ordinate activities with warehouse department

Recommends and fabricates improvements to recycling equipment.

Compiles data, produces reports including the type and quantity of materials processed.

Monitors production area activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Supervises temporary/indirect workers or other employees assigned.

Arrange for preventive maintenance or repair work (if required)

Train indirect workers in duties and policies.

Conduct performance reviews.

Maintain inventory levels, ensure orders for spare parts, equipment and supplies are raised in timely manner.

Plan, organize and oversee stock transfer and raw/finished product handling to and from the warehouse.

Technical Expertise and Skills

Strong understanding of SHE responsibilities in the workplace

Demonstrated experience in production environment

Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Knowledge of equipment, tools and techniques used in the operation of a recycling plant

Ability to communciate effectively with regulatory bodies
