About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Product Manager to lead the revitalization, development, and launch of a software product that was previously paused.
This role combines the responsibilities of a Product Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum Master.
You will be responsible for shaping the product vision, aligning development with business goals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality features on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management:
Reassess and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to guide product decisions. - Define and track product KPIs and success metrics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives.
Product Ownership:
Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is well-organized, prioritized, and visible.
Write clear, concise, and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
Make informed decisions about product scope and priorities based on value, effort, and risk.
Scrum Master Responsibilities:
Facilitate agile ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Remove impediments and ensure the development team remains focused and productive.
Promote agile best practices and coach the team on Scrum methodology.
Ensure continuous improvement in team performance and delivery.
Qualifications
A university graduate. - 4+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably with SaaS or software products.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies; Scrum certification is a plus.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams through all phases of the product lifecycle.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with tools such as Zoho, Amplitude, Mixpanel
Technical background or familiarity with software development is a strong advantage.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience working on products that were revived after a pause.
Familiarity with QA methodologies, DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
