Job Description:

Configuration of POS terminals upon request.
Troubleshooting of POS terminals.
Regular visits and support of merchants to ensure up-time on POS terminals.
Managing POS Merchant settlements & reconciliation.
Render excellent customer services to merchants.

Job Requirement:
Qualifications:

HND/BSC in any discipline.
Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience as a POS Support Representative.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Must be highly organized.
