Platform Onboarding Officer - Gigmile HND / BA / BSc Job

Job Summary

As Gigmile’s Platform Onboarding Officer, you will educate, onboard captains on our various partners’ platforms. Throughout our customer lifecycles, we prioritize delivering a fantastic customer experience, and onboarding is the first step of that process.

Roles and Responsibilities

Overseeing and managing the customer onboarding process on various platforms.

Collaborating with partners in finding solutions for optimizing the customer onboarding process and implementing them.

Managing, assigning, and conducting onboarding meetings, product tours, company presentations, and product demos.

Educating captains and working with the team to optimize their setup for the quickest path to success.

Providing materials to help customers learn best practices to better achieve their desired outcomes.

Qualifications

Education and Certifications:

HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer support, sales, account management, or customer success.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively (written and oral)

Must be customer service-centric.

Must possess basic technical skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
