Partner & Customer Relationship Officer HND / BA / BSc Job

Responsibilities

Maintain and build relationships with the partner and concession stores for continued business growth.
Manage the Partner and foreign markets and ensure they meet their targets.
Build a strong relationship with the customers and ensure retention and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate exhibitions and collaboration with concession stores in and outside the country.
Develop strategies to increase partners and sustain them for business growth.
Analyze customer's feedback, recommend and implement the same.

Requirements

First degree in Business Administration or related field.
2-3 years work experience in Business Development
Ability to manage and build customer relationships for business growth.
Good communications skill
Willingness to travel
Passion for fashion
