Responsibilities


Support offshore operations by assisting in the day-to-day running of equipment and machinery.
Gain practical knowledge in oil and gas operations through on-the-job training.
Contribute to operational excellence while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Develop technical competence to grow into future leadership roles in operations.
Assist in operating and monitoring offshore production equipment and systems.
Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment under supervision.
Learn and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various equipment.
Support the team in troubleshooting operational issues.
Ensure proper documentation of daily activities and equipment performance.
Participate in safety drills and comply with HSE policies.
Collaborate with senior operators and technicians to learn operational best practices.
Report any anomalies or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.


General Requirements


Bachelor\\'s degree in Engineering or related technical field (Second Class Upper preferred).
0-2 years of experience in operations or related field (NYSC or Internship experience is acceptable).
Basic knowledge of offshore operations and equipment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and grow within the operations field.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Age range: 25 – 30 years.
