The Operations Manager will be responsible for:


Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's long-term vision, driving sustainable growth and efficiency.
Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure operational goals support corporate strategy, innovation, and digital transformation.
Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and effective risk management.


What We Need:


Minimum 5 years' experience as an Operations Manager. Experience in Health tech will be a plus.
Proven experience in managing projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
Knowledge of health tech software and systems
