Job Description

We are recruiting an Operations Manager who will be responsible for leading operations, as well as to drive sustainable growth through business development.

The ideal candidate will:

Lead and execute all cleaning and facility management operations

Ensure all cleaning operations are executed within the agreed time frame

Conduct regular trainings for cleaning operatives on the professional handling and use of cleaning machineries and equipment.

Ensure that services are operated safely, hygienically and to contractual specifications.

Develop a growth strategy focused on both Financial Gain and Clients Satisfaction

Assess performance when it comes to growing the business through client acquisition and sales

Research and analyze business segments to identify and engage new business opportunities

Submit reports to the Business Manager on all activities

Be available for business travel when required

Requirements

Minimum of ND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field

3+ years of relevant work experience, experience in Cleaning and Facility Management is desirable

Proven sales track record and Clients support

Excellent communication, business writing and presentation skills

Strong MS Office skills, Excel spreadsheet / PowerPoint / Word skills

Competency in researching sales leads and presenting pitch documents

Experience working in a high growth, startup environment is a plus.
