Online MarketPlace Shop Manager HND / BA / BSc Job

We're seeking an experienced Online Sales/Shop Manager to oversee our e-commerce platforms on Jumia, Konga, Jiji, and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and customer-focused, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. These e-commerce sites are owned by ou clients in difeerent fields including technology, hygiene, packaging, Gift, cleaning etc.Key Responsibilities:

Manage online stores on multiple platformsOptimize product listings for search engines (SEO)Provide exceptional customer service during store hoursMeet sales targets and track performance metricsCoordinate logistics for delivering products to drop centers as neededEnsure accurate product listings and inventory management

Requirements:

Proven experience in e-commerce sales managementStrong organizational and computer skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesResults-oriented with attention to detailResidency in Lagos is mandatory
