Oil Palm Production Manager HND / BA / BSc Job

Job Responsibilities

Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance

Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements

Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

Assign tasks, supervise work, and provide guidance and training to team members as needed.

Develop and implement schedules and plans for production and maintenance projects, including maintenance, upgrades, and installations.

Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations, codes, and industry standards.

Maintain accurate records of all work orders and equipment maintenance.

Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve production and maintenance issues and ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget.

Monitor and manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure adequate resources are available to complete all production and maintenance projects and work orders.

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure that all work areas and equipment are safe and in compliance with regulations.

Job Requirements

Degree in Mechanical engineering, Industrial technology, or a related field is preferred.

At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing production and maintenance

Experience working in an Oil Mill

Demonstrated knowledge of production and maintenance processes, codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
