Qualifications


Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science
Membership in related professional associations is an advantage.
Minimum of 3 years post-NYSC laboratory experience in a clinical setting
Excellent knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficient in using laboratory information systems (LIMS) or its equivalence
Experience with quality control and quality assurance programs.
A valid practicing license is also important.
