Marketing Officer Bachelor Degree Job

Responsibilities

A marketer is responsible for Developing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Creating promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.
Managing the company's online presence, including website and social media accounts.
Analyzing data to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborating with sales teams to develop targeted campaigns and support business growth.
Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
Building relationships with industry partners, vendors, and customers.
Staying up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
Developing and managing marketing budgets and campaigns.
Creating and implementing marketing plans to drive revenue growth.
Communicating marketing initiatives to internal stakeholders.
Building brand awareness and reputation through thought leadership and content marketing.
Managing and optimizing the company's digital presence, including SEO and email marketing.
Analyzing customer insights and market trends to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements

A minimum of a Bachelor’s / HND degree is required
Must have a master’s Degree, professional certification in business and marketing is a plus.
At least 5 years proven experience as a Marketer.
Strong experience in a Shipping/logistics industry
Existing customer base and an established network of contacts.
Ability to effectively plan and organize appointments and meet reporting deadlines.
Must have excellent networking skills.
Participation in industry-related events.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
Proven record of sales success.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies and achieving sales targets.
Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue, market share and profitability.
