Job Description

Our client in the Hospitality Industry is seeking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketer to join the team and contribute to the growth of the brand.

As a Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement, increase brand awareness, and boost revenue.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to attract target audiences and increase brand awareness, bookings, and revenue.

Manage and optimize diverse marketing channels including social media, email marketing, public relations, influencer marketing, and offline campaigns.

Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and fine-tune strategies for continual improvement.

Contribute to the development and execution of loyalty programs and customer retention initiatives.

Work closely with other departments such as sales, operations, customer service to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.

Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
