Job Summary


Our client is seeking a transformational leader to spearhead a mortgage bank located in South West.
Reporting to the Board, the ideal Managing Director will have proven and demonstrable experience in driving strategic growth, Innovation, and operational excellence in a financial services industry.

Stakeholder engagement and leadership development.


Qualifications and Competence Required


Bachelor Degree or equivalent. Post graduate or Professional qualification is an advantage.
Minimum of 10 years post qualification experience in banking or other financial services industry.
Must have held a senior management position for at least three years.
Mortgage Banking experience is an added advantage.
Proven track record of C-suite leadership in financial services.
Deep expertise in mortgage banking and strategic management.
Strong financial acumen and risk management skills.
