Managing Associate Corporate Commercial Law MBA / MSc / MA Job

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of diverse, skilled lawyers.
Analyze complex legal issues and provide sound legal advice.
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in corporate commercial law and related fields.
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality legal services.
Manage multiple tasks and projects with precision and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Law (a Master's degree is a plus.)
Proven experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
Strong understanding of corporate commercial law.
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to provide timely and accurate legal advice.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
