Maintenance Technician HND / BA / BSc Job

Job Description

We're looking for a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations on our properties.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair work, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly
Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend repairs
Assist in renovations and construction projects as needed
Collaborate with external contractors and vendors
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations

Requirements

2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
Degree in any discipline
Must reside in Abuja, preferably around Utako
Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair principles
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment
Availability for on-call shifts and emergency response
