Lead Operations Engineer Bachelor Degree Job

Position Summary:

We’re seeking a dynamic Lead Operations Engineer to support our operations team by managing project planning, coordination, and quality control.
You will be responsible for ensuring that projects meet time, cost, and performance objectives, while also supporting tender and contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present project status reports and updates.
Define scope, budget, and schedule for project execution.
Conduct business analysis, process mapping, and procedure writing.
Manage RFQs, TBE documents, and vendor offers.
Ensure projects are delivered on budget and on schedule.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering.
Minimum 4 years of experience in field and project planning within the rotating equipment industry.
Strong technical knowledge, process improvement skills, and Engineering Drawing/BOM interpretation.
Excellent technical communication, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
