Job Description


A Restaurant Runner assists waiters and bartenders by delivering food and beverages to customers, clearing tables, and ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of service.
They help maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and bar areas, support staff in fulfilling customer needs, and contribute to a positive dining experience.


Responsibilities


Deliver food and drinks from the kitchen or bar to customers promptly.
Assist waiters and bartenders in fulfilling customer orders.
Clear empty plates, glasses, and utensils from tables.
Ensure the dining area remains clean and organized.
Refill drinks and assist with other customer needs.
Help set up tables and restock supplies as needed.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.


Requirements


1-2 year experience as a Runner or in a similar role.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.
Lives in or near Lekki for easy commute.
