Job Summary

As a Junior Marketer, you will play a crucial role in assisting the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our client's polythene products.

You will collaborate closely with senior marketing professionals and other cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

Create engaging content, including brochures, product catalogs, and promotional materials, to showcase our polythene products.

Manage and update marketing collateral and ensure it is readily available to the sales team.

Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our products to a wider audience.

Collaborate with external agencies and vendors for the design and production of print advertisements and materials.

Develop and nurture customer relationships through various channels to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Provide sales teams with the necessary marketing materials and support, including product samples and presentations.

Analyze marketing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess an SSCE or OND qualification.

1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or polythene industry.

Strong understanding of traditional marketing strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.

Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
