Job Description

As a Junior Farmers Satisfaction Representative, you will play a crucial role as the liaison between the organization and the Natnuprenuer farmers, addressing their concerns, providing assistance and advocating for their needs by maintaining a strong relationship with the farmers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products, services and supports.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Senior FSR

Provide exceptional customer service to farmers through various channels, such as phone, email and in-person interactions

Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and offer solutions to problems promptly.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with farmers to foster trust and loyalty.

Understand the unique needs and challenges of the Natnuprenuer farmers and support them in achieving their goals.

Effectively communicate the Natnuprenuer scheme to farmers by guiding product selection, usage , and best practices to optimize their farming operations.

Act as mediator between the farmers and other departments within the organization to resolve issues.

Escalate issues to senior FSR when necessary.

Gather feedback from farmers regarding their experiences with our products and services.

Compile feedback reports and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders for continues improvement..

Conduct training session programs for farmers.

Stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics.

Qualifications

OND in Agriculture, Animal Science, Agribusiness, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of broiler bird-rearing techniques, farm management practices, and agricultural markets.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools.

Ability to ride a motorcycle

Below 25 years of age.
