Junior Account Officer - Berrymart Integrated Services Bachelor's Degree Job

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Responsibilities

Stock count and preparation of stock count report

Preparation of corporate customer payment request

Preparation of stock receipt schedule and posting on the software

Reconciliation of customer ledger on the software

Update daily sales record for monthly management report

Prepare and process statutory - PAYEE, VAT & WHT

Raising of customer invoice on the software

Preparation and posting stock requisition and returns on the software

Computation and preparation of debtor's list

Update debt recovering plan

Reconciliation of sales supervisor's balance on the software

Assist and work with the Finance Manager in financial reporting, analysis and forecast

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, or related field preferred

3 years’ experience in similar role

Ability to use accounting software

Work location is Surulere - Lagos.
