Responsibilities

The Chief Strategy Officer will play a vital role in driving the company's growth and success.

She/He will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategic initiatives and long-term planning.

Working closely with the executive team, he/she will identify exciting opportunities for growth, analyze market trends, and shape the overall strategy of the Group.

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and enhance profitability.

Collaborate with the leadership team to create a comprehensive plan for transforming the organization's structure and processes and ensure its successful implementation.

Analyze and evaluate the company's performance, comparing it with both internal and external benchmarks, to provide insights for strategy development and performance enhancement.

Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to identify emerging threats and opportunities.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans across the organization.

Provide guidance and strategic direction to business units, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy.

Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and industry experts to stay abreast of market trends and best practices.

Lead and manage a team of strategy professionals, providing guidance and support to drive results.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all strategic initiatives.

Stay informed about industry developments and changes in the competitive landscape.

Lead M&A/divestiture transactions.

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.

A Master's degree is preferred.

Minimum of 15 years experience in strategic planning, business development, and corporate strategy within an international corporation

Prior experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Chief Strategy Officer or similar, is highly desirable.

Must have experience in Manufacturing / FMCG or any similar industry.
