SUMMARY AND OBJECTIVE
Herbal Goodness is seeking an intern Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for handling incoming customer phone calls, and live chats as well as providing assistance in resolving issues or processing orders. This position offers the convenience of working remotely from any location.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing necessary online customer support and information.
Entering customer orders online. Assisting customers in resolving issues or providing guidance for online order placement.
Reporting any customer issues and escalating urgent matters to the Company as they occur.
Approving wholesale customer applications and following up with the customers to obtain wholesale and retail orders.
Order fulfillment
Following up with leads
Responding to customer queries on livechat
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of a High school degree
Fair knowledge of relevant CRM tools like Zendesk & Tidio
Exceptional abilities in resolving complaints, with the skill set to effectively address and resolve issues raised.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Must be able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone
Must be Tech savvy and creative
Must own a proper working personal laptop
Excellent Internet connection and ability to adjust work hours to Central Standard Time (Between 9 am - 5 pm Central Standard Time).
