Internal Auditor-Sango Ota-Ascentech Services Limited HND / BA / BSc Job

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in internal auditing, with a strong background in financial analysis, risk assessment, and compliance. In addition, the candidate must possess the ICAN qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes
Identifying areas of improvement and making recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and compliance with regulations
Performing financial analysis and evaluating financial statements to ensure accuracy and integrity
Developing audit programs and testing procedures to evaluate the adequacy of controls and compliance with policies and procedures
Communicating audit findings and recommendations to management and preparing detailed audit reports
Monitoring and following up on the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure timely resolution of issues

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Chartered Accountant (ICAN) qualification is required
3 to 5 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and audit software
