Internal Auditor-Pally Agro Group HND / BA / BSc Job

Location: Lagos-Abeokuta Express Road, Ogun

Key Responsibilities

Conduct internal audits to assess and evaluate financial and operational controls.

Review and analyze financial statements, processes, and procedures to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

Perform risk assessments to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.

Develop and implement audit plans, programs, and procedures.

Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing audit findings and recommendations for management.

Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry best practices to ensure the company's compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

ICAN certified an added advantage

Proven 3-5 years’ experience as an Internal Auditor, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector.

Strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Effective communication skills to articulate findings and recommendations clearly.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Proficient in using audit software and Microsoft Office applications.
