Job Description

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing human resources functions, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the overall growth of the organization.

Job Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

Coordinate new employee onboarding, ensuring smooth transition for new hires.

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.

Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance review, and development plans.

Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

Manage HR records and documentation.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources role, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and compliance.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Proficient in MS Office Suite.
