Summary
As the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing the financial aspects of the pharmaceutical operations.
This role involves strategic financial planning, budget management, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
The Finance Manager will contribute to the company's growth by optimising resource allocation and maintaining financial stability.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals.
Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
Optimize resource allocation to achieve financial targets.
Monitor financial performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
Liaise with organisation's bankers and ensure funds are efficiently managed to support organisation's cash flow requirements.
Develop and maintain effective financial controls for the organisation. Regularly assess and improve the organisation's financial controls and procedures.
Develop and ensure adherence to the organisation's finance and administration guidelines at all times.
Keep up-to-date of the changes in financial regulations and legislation.
Any other related duties as required by management.
Educational Requirement
At least a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Professional certification such as ACCA or CPA is desirable.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance roles.
Proven expertise in financial management and strategic planning.
A thorough understanding of generally accepted accounting bookkeeping and financial management
Auditing practices, budgeting practices, and principles
Proficient in accounting packages
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
