Job Description:
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Coordinate training and development programs for employees
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office management duties
Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
Support the HR Manager in various HR projects and initiatives
Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong passion for HR and admin functions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
