Job Description

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

Manage the recruitment and selection process.

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

Nurture a positive working environment.

Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Qualifications

A Degree in HR or a related field.

At least five (5) years of experience working in HR, preferably in hospitality.

Experience in managing all functions of the HR Department including recruitment, Performance Management, Learning and development, employee relations, Compensation and benefits, and employment policy compliance.

Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in managing HR records and producing HR metrics reports.
