Housekeeper - Dreams by DV8 Hotel HND / BA / BSc Job

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Assist guests upon room check-in and check-out

Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing

Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards

Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies

Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances

Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with a minimum of 1 year work experience.

Proven experience as a Housekeeper or in a similar cleaning role.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Integrity and respect for guest privacy and property.
