Our client is looking for a seasoned and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead their team and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services, to ensure seamless and efficient day-to-day functioning.

Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of staff, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and exceptional customer service.

Develop and implement strategies to maximise guest satisfaction, enhance guest loyalty, and maintain high standards of service excellence.

Work hand in hand with the finance team to manage hotel budgets, financial performance, and expenses to achieve revenue goals while adhering to cost controls and profitability targets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to devise promotional strategies and marketing campaigns to attract guests and drive occupancy rates.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel premises.

Oversee the procurement of hotel supplies and equipment, negotiating with vendors to obtain the best pricing and quality.

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner, striving to exceed guest expectations.

Monitor online reviews and guest feedback, and take proactive measures to address any concerns or issues raised by guests.

Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the hotel's offerings and services.

Monitoring employee performance and conducting regular evaluations to help improve customer service.

Resolving issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years experience as a Hotel Manager with a track record of success.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and stakeholders.

Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and revenue optimization.

Proficiency in hotel management software, Microsoft Office suite and computer systems.

Extensive knowledge of hospitality industry regulations, best practices, and trends.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.

A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Knowledge of local attractions, events, and tourism opportunities is a plus.

Salary

N180,000 - N200,000 / month.
