Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification

Must have led a recruitment team for a minimum of 3 years

Must be a business manager

Must be very good in sales and operations

Must know how to run a business line

Must be very sound in recruitment

Must be conversant with HR policies pertaining recruitment, resoucing and outsourcing

Must have handled all types and categories of recruitments.

Must be able to work under pressure and successfully lead a team for a minimum of 3 years

Must be conversant with other aspects of HR.

Salary

N250,000 - N300,000 / month.
