We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Retail Liability

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Objective

The Head of Retail Liability will manage the sales/branch network and meet CASA and fee goals of the bank.

Roles and Responsibilities

To grow CASA for the bank.

To grow the Fee income for the bank.

Increase the non - interest income by strengthening/modifying existing products and exploring new product/services lines.

Support the bank in launching and managing the preferred banking division.

Help the bank in setting up the contact centre.

Set up KPI’s of the branch sales team, Branch Managers in consultation as it’s relates to sales.

Train, motivate, track and manage performance of the branch sales team, Operational heads.

Set up a Daily Operating Rhythm for the sales team at branches.

Manage resources effectively and within budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Degree in Business Management, or related course.

7- 10 years of experience as Retail head, Business development Manager, Sales Head or a regional head of a bank.

Preferrable with commercial or Microfiance Bank experience

Wealth of experience in CASA generation.

Experience in sales / Marketing preferred.

Skills:

Effective communication skills.

Hardworking and flexible individual.

Good team player.

Coordination skills.

Adaptability.

Flexibility.

Experience in managing sales teams and sales targets.
