Objective & Summary


We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Trainee to join our Finance Department. This role offers recent graduates an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various finance functions, including accounting, budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate must have a background in finance or accounting.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities & Duties


Help with data entry, invoice processing, and documentation.
Participate in internal audits and compliance checks.
Work closely with other team members to ensure accurate financial operations.
Learn and use financial software tools for daily tasks.
Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Assist in preparing financial reports, reconciliations, and statements.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking activities.


Educational Qualification:


Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.


Experience:


0–2 years of relevant experience (NYSC experience is acceptable).


Technical & Personal Requirements:


Must be able to work comfortably with digital tools.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic understanding of financial systems.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage time effectively.
