Job Overview and Duties

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the diverse subsidiaries of the business, ensuring cohesive operations and aligned goals.

Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's subsidiaries.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the subsidiaries.

Collaborate with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to optimize business opportunities and partnerships.

Manage and motivate staff.

Oversee the development and implementation of new projects.

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Foster synergy among the different business units to drive collective growth and enhance operational efficiency.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with pertinent government authorities, contributing to a favourable business environment.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.

Strategically assess and identify areas for business improvement across all subsidiaries, recommending and implementing necessary enhancements.

Uphold high standards of quality and service in line with the company's brand and values.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.

Experience in government project management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
