About the role: Our esteemed client is actively seeking a committed and seasoned General Manager Operations to supervise the operations and maintenance of photovoltaic solar and renewable energy power plants.
This role presents an exhilarating opportunity to contribute to the expansion of renewable energy solutions, with a particular emphasis on technologies such as Photovoltaic Solar, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), Gas-to-Power, Hydroelectricity, Wind Power, Hydrogen and Hybrid Solutions.

Responsibilities

Supervise the daily operations and maintenance of photovoltaic solar and renewable energy power plants.
Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness in accordance with industry standards.
Formulate and execute strategies for continuous enhancement in operational processes.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers, contractors and regulatory bodies.
Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Lead a team of professionals, nurturing a culture of collaboration and commitment.

Candidates Requirements

Demonstrated experience managing renewable energy power plants on an operational basis.
Comprehensive knowledge of Photovoltaic Solar and other renewable technologies
Robust leadership skills with a commitment to fostering teamwork.
Exceptional stakeholder management abilities
Ability to monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
Strategic thinking with a focus on continuous improvement
